Mit der Mission, den positiven Fortschritt voranzutreiben, gründeten die chinesischen Unternehmer Samuel Fu und Gary Gu im Jahr 2017 Aiways. Aus der Vision, elektrisches Fahren so angenehm, aufregend und zugänglich wie möglich zu machen, entwickelten sie in wenigen Jahren das globale Aiways-Netzwerk. Dieses umfasst ein hochinnovatives, digitalisiertes Werk in Shangrao (China) mit einer Jahreskapazität von 300.000 Fahrzeugen, ein F & E- sowie Designzentrum in Shanghai (China), eine Batteriefabrik in Changshu (China) und das europäische Vertriebszentrum in München.

Zudem hat Aiways seine Produktpalette im Jahr 2022 um den U6 erweitert, der den bereits erhältlichen U5 ergänzt. Beide Modelle bieten ein Fahrerlebnis, das nicht nur nachhaltig und dynamisch ist, sondern auch zu den erschwinglichsten auf dem Elektromobilitätsmarkt gehört und stehen somit zu 100% für die Aiways Mission ein.

We are Aiways, driving the evolution of the automotive industry.

We are a Shanghai based manufacturer for electric vehicles and mobility services, established in 2017. We are a powerful team of like-minded people with different characters and backgrounds, who are working for one single goal: to make e-mobility accessible for everybody.

Our headquarter is in the metropolis of Shanghai, China with a European head office in Munich, Germany.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a full-time CRM / Digital Intern (f/m/x). In this role, you will be working side-by-side with the Aiways European team on a broad range of CRM and Digital/IT topics.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You support our CRM and Technical Project Managers on a variety of projects and daily business operations.

  • Websites management: support the rollout of new websites for our expansion in European markets. Define, plan, implement, test and release new website features. Liaise with business teams to collect requirements. Monitor website user behaviour to identify opportunities for performance optimization. Regular content update via CMS. Raise bugs and follow up on resolution.

  • CRM platform management: support in the continuous optimization of our Salesforce CRM platform (Sales & Service, Marketing Cloud). Monitor and maintain database quality. Support in setting new business processes to increase automation and efficiency.

  • CRM communications: support in defining and implementing the CRM communication strategy across multiple channels (email, SMS, mobile push, in app, direct mailing, etc.). Implement actions to engage, convert and maintain a long lasting relationship with our customers.

  • Daily business operations: support in various operational back office processes, such as lead, test drive and order management. Work in close contact with the sales, customer care, finance team to provide customer support.

  • Work as a key collaborator between our internal teams across Munich and Shanghai, as well as with our partners across Europe.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Business/Marketing education or equivalent studies

  • You are excited about experiencing a start-up mentality and the future of all-electric driving

  • Previous work experience in digital, e-commerce a plus

  • Project management skills with a hands-on mentality

  • First experience with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud a plus

Technical Support Engineer (CRM) f/m/x

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (CRM) f/m/x, who will be a part of Aiways EU After Sales Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone call and/or answering Email/Chat inquiries

  • Scope: All AIWAYS products, cars, and support products

  • To answer support requests coming in via internal ticketing system mainly for single vehicle cases

  • To support Service Partners in finding an efficient and cost oriented solution while fulfilling the quality expectations of the company

  • To review and asses customer concerns for possible trouble shooting and diagnostics

  • To present customers with information, advice and solutions to satisfy their needs and requirements

  • Review constantly the existing processes to improve the quality towards Service Partners and end customers

  • To plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers and increasing brand loyalty

  • To record accurately issues and data into CRM/Technical Support System

KEY PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT:
  • As per assigned KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education as an Engineer, Master Technician or equivalent in "vehicle electronics/mechatronics"

  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in automotive technical diagnostics and customer relationship management

  • Proven technical competence in EV specific areas

  • Special skills in the work area of Vehicle electronics and Connectivity

  • Experience of total after-sales area, (dealer/importer, national sales company etc) is a plus

  • Excellent communication and diagnostics skills

  • Ability to share knowledge, proven training skills

  • Excellent Team working skills and networking ability

  • Analytical and self-driven with inspirational and motivating appearance

  • Excellent communication and presentations skills in German (Native speaker) and English languages. Additional language skills are considered a plus

  • Good general IT system and component competence

  • Ability to work independently

  • High focus on end customer

  • Office location is in Munich
