YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide detailed insights into our business performance to enable data-driven strategic decision

  • Your work will span across setting up web tracking, creating ad-hoc insights, reporting & visualisation, forecasting, streamlining analytics processes and setting up/maintaining the Digital & CRM data analytics technical landscape

CRM Communications Manager (f/m/x)
We are Aiways, driving the evolution of the automotive industry.

We are a Shanghai based manufacturer for electric vehicles and mobility services, established in 2017. We are a powerful team of like-minded people with different characters and backgrounds, who are working for one single goal: to make e-mobility accessible for everybody.

Our headquarter is in the metropolis of Shanghai, China with a European head office in Munich, Germany.

For our European head office in Munich, we are looking for a full-time CRM Communications Manager (f/m/x), who will be responsible for the development and management of our CRM communications and content strategy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and execute the CRM communications strategy in order to achieve our customer. acquisition, engagement and retention targets across our European markets.

  • Define the CRM campaign calendar in alignment with the marketing planning.

  • Develop the content strategy based on key target groups and communications objectives.

  • Identify and implement relevant customer touch points and processes along the user journey.

  • Develop and optimise the contact strategy across all relevant channels (email, web, app, push, sms, calls, direct mailing, retail…).

  • Create engaging content newsletters to increase user engagement and brand development.

  • Analyse user journeys and campaign performance to provide optimization recommendations.

  • Work closely with Brand, Social Media, PR and Analytics to devise campaigns that resonate particularly well with specific target groups and markets.

  • Steering of external agencies and service providers.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing or communication

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, marketing communications, email marketing or lifecycle marketing, preferably in an omni-channel environment; Automotive and/or digital, e-commerce is a plus.

  • Native German and fluent English required

  • Excited about experiencing a start-up mentality and the future of all-electric driving

  • Excellent verbal and written communicator

  • Creative, high sense of visual design and enjoy creating copy that is engaging and on brand

  • Experience writing effective briefings in order to steer creative agencies

  • Experience using CRM marketing technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)

  • Strong project management skills, detailed-oriented and structured.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful and a creative problem solver

  • Team player with ability to partner across functions and organizational levels.

  • Strong cultural sensitivity, excited to work in a fast pace international environment

  • Finally, you are lots of fun to work with!

Oktoberfest has started in Munich 🥨 The Wiesn, as it is popularly known, is the largest folk festival in the world with over six million visitors. #Aiways has put a one-off U5 SUV on wheels for the 187th edition of the traditional event, which will be in VIP use as a "Wiesn-Wagen" throughout the event.
